There are movies ...

...books, and songs 

that depict what is imagined as Heaven's door. As I imagine it, I know that we leave this life at different times ...and we approach our destination at different times, not as a group.

But, though that journey may seem to be traveled alone ...if we come to Jesus, we know we are not alone.

 Last evening we were not alone either ...as Cindy and I were notified of a small reunion. 

Cindy said it was one of those feel-good moments that had much real substance (I'm paraphrasing, because she doesn't talk that way). Some people like to entertain their imagination so much that they equate it with truth ...but, we know better, and just like to share good feelings. 

Approaching the door, we were to meet people who had 'gone on' ...not through death, but through intensified life. They had gone on to the mission field, to tell others about Jesus. And upon knocking on the door, we were confident who we'd see, but also knew we may be surprised who else would be there. Cindy said she felt this was somewhat how she'd feel coming into Heaven.

And we certainly had a heavenly evening ...not in indulging ourselves with the luxuries of life, but with the true riches of friendship while talking about not only ourselves ...but, about the One who gives us our true blessings (Jesus).

Yes, I imagine many wonderful things ...which I know will not manifest themselves.  But, I do know that there are things that will manifest themselves ...and will be greater than I could ever imagine.

For the time, I just imagine, and don't claim truth aside from the Bible.  So, much of what I do share, unless quoting the Bible, comes from emotional experiences ...which are often good to share, as long as we don't equate them on the same level as Biblical truth.

I am looking for the blog about one of my dreams, and want to list it here also ...once I find it.  Okay, it took a while, but persistence helps.
